VMV Series Vibratory Pile Driver - Pre-Operation Hydraulic Verification

Required before operation: A qualified hydraulic technician must verify carrier settings, case drain routing, oil condition, and circuit measurements before the VMV unit is placed into service. Submit this record for warranty documentation.

Motor Circuit Flow GPM Set per VMV model and current Viking Attachments™ setup sheet. Motor Circuit Operating Pressure PSI Verify operating pressure under load against the VMV setup range. Motor Circuit Relief Setting PSI Set within model range. Do not exceed Viking Attachments™ maximum relief setting. Clamp Circuit Operating Pressure PSI Record clamp circuit pressure using Viking Attachments™ setup-specific values. Clamp Circuit Relief Setting PSI Set at or below Viking Attachments™ specification unless written setup sheet states lower. Case Drain Back Pressure PSI Must meet VMV manual/HPU specification. High back pressure can void warranty. Oil Temperature During Verification F Record operating oil temperature during verification. Clamp Holding Pressure - A Side PSI Record initial clamp pressure at full engagement. Clamp Holding Pressure - B Side PSI Pressure loss should not exceed setup specification over hold test.

Case Drain Routing - Direct To TankCase drain must connect directly to the hydraulic reservoir/tank, not to the main return line or any other circuit.
